WORSHIP- HE is worthy!

We believe that worship is a matter of the heart. It is essentially a desire to connect our hearts to God's heart. Worship is the highest expression of unconditional love. Here at Pointe of Hope, we understand this looks different from individual to individual, but we also believe there is something special that happens when we gather together and worship with one heart, mind and spirit. How we worship is important. It determines how we connect to our Creator God and His Spirit. It also determines how we connect to one another.

The Christian faith is a singing faith. We celebrate this fact here at Pointe Of Hope. We also believe that God blesses all forms of worship, but we put an emphasis on a contemporary expression of worship. One thing that has been consistent with the worship of God is that it is ever changing. We believe God is blessed by our creativity and desire to use popular forms of music to make the Gospel of Christ more accessible. We worship in Spirit and in Truth (John 4). We worship with our voice, our hands and our entire being. We offer ourselves as a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the living God who saved us from our fallen nature. (Psalm 116). We truly believe that intentional worship is one of the ways that God transforms us. We surrender our egos to the Holy Spirit and worship as one body of believers.

We also understand that we are all on an individual journey of faith. We give grace and room for those who feel more comfortable just watching and listening, silently connecting their hearts to God.
